PROBOLINGGO – Aksi cepat tanggap kembali ditunjukkan oleh jajaran TNI Babinsa Koramil 0820/11 Sumber dalam membantu masyarakat yang mengalami musibah. Pada Minggu (13/4/2024) sekitar pukul 14.30 WIB, telah terjadi kebakaran yang menghanguskan satu unit rumah di Dusun Krajan, Desa Wonokerso, Kecamatan Sumber, Kabupaten Probolinggo.
Berdasarkan informasi dari lapangan, rumah yang terbakar diketahui milik Ngatamu, warga Dusun Krajan. Kebakaran diduga kuat disebabkan oleh korsleting listrik yang berasal dari instalasi dalam rumah. Akibat insiden ini, hampir seluruh bagian rumah ludes dilalap api, termasuk barang-barang berharga milik korban.
Babinsa Koramil 0820/11 Sumber, Serda Rudy Hartono, yang mendapatkan laporan kejadian tersebut langsung bergerak cepat menuju lokasi. Bersama warga setempat, Babinsa langsung membantu proses evakuasi barang-barang yang masih bisa diselamatkan dan ikut serta dalam upaya pemadaman api.
“Begitu kami mendapat informasi, saya langsung mendatangi lokasi dan bersama warga berusaha mengevakuasi barang-barang korban. Kami juga turut membantu memadamkan api dengan alat seadanya,” ujar Serda Rudy Hartono.
Upaya pemadaman dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan empat unit mesin diesel yang biasa dipakai untuk menyiram tanaman kentang. Api berhasil dipadamkan sekitar pukul 15.30 WIB setelah warga berjibaku selama satu jam lebih.
Dalam peristiwa ini, tidak ada korban jiwa. Namun kerugian materil diperkirakan mencapai ratusan juta rupiah. Beberapa barang berharga yang turut terbakar antara lain uang tunai sebesar Rp100 juta yang rencananya akan digunakan untuk pembangunan rumah, 3 ball rokok merek Surya dan 1 ball rokok Dji Sam Soe, satu BPKB sepeda motor, sejumlah perhiasan emas seperti kalung dan cincin, dokumen penting seperti KTP, KK, serta sertifikat rumah, dan seluruh perabotan rumah tangga.
Tindakan sigap juga dilakukan oleh aparat TNI dalam mendata kerugian dan mengoordinasikan evakuasi bersama pihak terkait agar situasi tetap aman dan terkendali. Serda Rudy memastikan bahwa proses evakuasi dan pembersihan puing-puing pasca kebakaran dilakukan dengan aman dan lancar.
